Class A Pre-Amplifier
Alexander is an all-tube pre-amplifier. The tubes (12AX7 x 2, 12AT7 x 6) operate in Class A to achieve high performance. The volume button is Blue Alps and includes an internal engine. Alexander has a remote control and an LCD monitor on the front that provides input information. Alexander receives five sources in single-ended connections (RCAs), additional XLR (balanced) input, and an optional phono input. Alexander has a single-ended and balanced output connections and a tape out.
