Designed to bridge the gap between ultra high performance separates,  such as the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aesthetix.net\/atlas.php\" target=\"_blank\">Atlas amplifier<\/a> and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aesthetix.net\/calypso.php\" target=\"_blank\">Calypso linestage<\/a>, and mass market receivers. Sound quality, ease of use, flexibility and reliability are hallmarks of the design. Mimas remote control unit is the HRC-3 &#8211; Aesthetix&#8217; luxurious unit, which only comes as standard with the top line of Aesthetix preamplifiers (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aesthetix.net\/eclipse.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Eclipse<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fully balanced differential circuitry, zero feedback.<\/li><li>Five (5) inputs, both balanced and single ended.<\/li><li>Output Power: 150 watt into 8 ohm, 280 watt into 4 ohm.<\/li><li>Discrete switched resistor volume control with 88 1dB steps.<\/li><li>Bypass mode for home theater processor throughput.<\/li><li>Preamp out, aimed to drive a subwoofer or a separate power amplifier.<\/li><li>Standard headphone output is 1\/3 watt into 32 ohms.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Options<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Phono board: 2 Single-Ended Inputs, MM &amp; MC specific programmable options (gain and impedance).<\/li><li>DAC board: 5 Inputs: 2 x Coaxial, 2 x TosLink &amp; 1 x USB.
